Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you love your pieces and we do offer refunds on our products returned to us within 28 days of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com if you are wanting to return or exchange any items and we will provide you with our return address.
Returned products must be in their new and unworn condition, returned in the original packaging where possible. We cannot accept returns on any earrings due to hygiene reasons. All refunds will be made in full for the product(s) returned, excluding the cost of original postage. Please note that we also do not cover the postage for returns or exchanges.
On the day your return has been delivered to us, we will send out your replacement product or process your refund within 1 working day.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, then please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days since receiving your item(s) and we can resolve any issues with you.
